We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Invest Canada Group. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
