Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Centre Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our fans at the Ticket Centre, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and service functions at the Ticket Centre and ticket windows to external and internal clients.
  • Receive and distribute tickets under 'will call', premium tickets, and special programs.
  • Answer general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and email.
  • Solve ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings in a timely manner.
  • Document customer ticket issues, concerns, or feedback for review and/or follow-up by management or MXS team.
  • Maintain and conduct final balance of cash float.
  • Perform and communicate service policies and procedures to Season Ticket Members.
  • Promote, renew, and sell ticket products and services, whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' customer service, sales, and/or promotions experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Commitment to service excellence and proven team player.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer knowledge in standard office applications and database systems.
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM).
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster systems is an asset.
