We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at Porsche Centre Vancouver. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring excellent customer relations, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Punch in and out accurately on time tickets.
  • Document all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
  • Advise advisors of additional repairs, parts, and labor to customers.
  • Use seat covers and floor mats in every customer vehicle.
  • Notify advisors of warranty add-ons requiring Service Manager's signature.
  • Maintain or exceed productivity and efficiency objectives set by Service Manager.
  • Perform additional sales requests on all vehicles that come into the shop.
  • Ensure warranty policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain general cleanliness in the shop.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polite and helpful attitude.
