ROLE SUMMARY

Ticket Centre Representatives play a vital role as the first point of contact with our fans at the Ticket Centre, whether that be in person, over the phone or via email. They perform sales and service functions at the Ticket Centre and assist our fans with ticketing inquiries. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to external and internal clients at the Ticket Centre and ticket windows.
  • Receiving and distributing tickets under 'will call', premium tickets, and special programs.
  • Answering general ticketing and building inquiries at the window, over the phone, and via email.
  • Solving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings in a timely manner.
  • Documenting customer ticket issues, concerns, or feedback for review and/or follow-up by management or the MXS team.
  • Maintaining and conducting final balance of cash float.
  • Communicating service policies and procedures to Season Ticket Members.
  • Promoting, renewing, and selling ticket products and services, whenever possible.
  • Other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years' customer service, sales, and/or promotions experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • A commitment to service excellence and proven team player.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer knowledge in standard office applications and database systems.
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM).
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster systems is an asset.
