About DOSA TWIST

We are a dynamic restaurant seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
