Position Overview

Patidar Foods is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist in Ethnic Cuisine to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role is essential for preparing a variety of traditional and contemporary dishes that reflect diverse culinary traditions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Work Environment

The position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions by preparing special meals as needed.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including training staff in food preparation and safety practices.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain records of food and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets as required.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
