Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at DOSA TWIST. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards of quality and service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to meet our business needs.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that we are able to deliver high-quality food and service to our customers.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in South Indian cuisine, and who are able to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. You must also be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
