About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at DOSA TWIST. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Cuisine Specialties: Prepare and serve South Indian cuisine, adhering to traditional recipes and presentation standards.
Work Environment

As an Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist at DOSA TWIST, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
