  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of the business.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
