The Sherwin-Williams paint store is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of spray equipment at our store and customer job sites.

We are looking for someone who has experience repairing hydraulic and warranty repairs, rebuilding pumps, and maintaining an inventory of spray parts. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to educate other employees and customers on spray equipment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer a wide range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

As an Equipment Repair Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales efforts at our store. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions using our spray equipment. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in repair and maintenance of spray equipment. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent are required.
