Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to provide maintenance and repair services for our equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and resolve technical issues with our products, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Resolving technical issues through on-site visits, remote troubleshooting, or collaboration with internal teams
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical challenges
  • Documenting and reporting technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in a detailed and accurate manner
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical service position
  • A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications relevant to the role
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
