We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
