We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods for events and regular customers
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Recognized employer with a permanent work term
- 40 hours per week with a regular schedule
- English language support
