We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant, serving authentic Mexican cuisine. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular service
    • Ensure high-quality presentation and plating
  • Staff Management and Training
    • Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
    • Manage staff schedules and workflow
  • Culinary Specialties
    • Develop and maintain expertise in Mexican cuisine
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
    • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Personal Qualities and Suitability
    • Organized and able to work under pressure

    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
