", "li": "Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
", "li": "Analyze operating costs and other data
", "li": "Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
", "li": "Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
", "li": "Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
", "li": "Requisition food and kitchen supplies
", "li": "Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
", "li": "Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions
", "li": "Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
", "li": "Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
", "li": "Recruit and hire staff
", "li": "Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
", "li": "Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
", "li": "Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
", "li": "Order supplies and equipment
", "li": "Manage kitchen operations
", "li": "Inspect kitchens and food service areas
", "li": "Clean kitchen and work areas
