Job Title: Lead Clinical Program Manager

Earn an estimated $130,000 - $160,000 per year as you lead the conceptualization and delivery of CDI programs and services that align with our mission, values, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize the CDI vision, mission, values, and goals by ensuring clinical practices are evidence-informed, meet ethical and professional standards, are family-centered, and congruent with the agency's mission and direction.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance health equity through reviewing service materials, organizing community consultations, supporting communities of practice, and youth engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain standards by collaborating with Clinical Managers to support clinical service coordination and effective operations, responding effectively to elevated client concerns and complaints, and assisting Clinical Management through Accreditation and continuous quality improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in a clinical field, such as a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration, and at least 7 years of progressive experience in the child and youth mental health sector and at least 5 years in management.
  • Experience conducting and supervising evidence-based and evidence-informed individual, group, and family therapy, working with a diverse community, and project development experience.
  • Familiarity with measurement-based care and implementation of a clinical practice framework.
