Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and onboarding new accounts, developing strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer base, and conducting regular account visits to achieve determined account coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales growth in existing customer accounts
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support monthly sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in our CRM system
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with CRM software is an asset
