We are Canada's leading provider of energy solutions, and we're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and onboarding new accounts, developing strategies to increase sales growth within our existing customer base, and conducting regular account visits to achieve determined account coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement sales strategies to drive growth in existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve monthly sales objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the distribution industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
  • Experience with CRM software is an asset.
