We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at International Montessori Academies of Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
- Organized and reliable
- Dependability and accountability
- 40 hours per week
- College/CEGEP education
- 7 months to less than 1 year experience in a related field
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The position also offers maternity and parental benefits, free parking, and on-site daycare.
