Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at International Montessori Academies of Canada. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a College/CEGEP diploma. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. You will also coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and organize daily operations, and review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
You will determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and oversee development of communication strategies.
You will also order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
