Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at A2Z cash 'n' Carry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. This role involves coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as overseeing the preparation of reports and maintaining inventory. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you
Job Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent required
- Experience an asset
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
