Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position working 30 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Daily Operations: Assist in the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
