Job Description

As a Patient Appointment Coordinator Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient appointments within Key Performance Indicators. This includes responding to patient and nurse inquiries via email and/or inbound calls, completing outbound calls (approximately 90% of daily task activity), and utilizing multiple databases. You will also be responsible for documenting all activities in multiple databases/systems, reporting Adverse Events, and participating in product/disease training sessions. Close collaboration with Nursing and Program teams is essential for success in this role.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills. You should have experience with receiving inbound and placing outbound calls, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based database systems. A post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline is required, and bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. The ideal candidate will be able to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet various competing work deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
