About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team based in York Region. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone and online platforms.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and high-quality customer support.
- Gather information to assess the validity of complaints and determine underlying causes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
