Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with a broad range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to customer problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, promoting them to customers and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred
