Multilingual Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies.
Role OverviewThis role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service in both English and French languages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong problem-solving ability.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat;
- Providing solutions to customer complaints and issues;
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues;
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions;
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve language skills and product knowledge.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
