About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Work closely with our business lines to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with our brand positioning and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Measure and Evaluate Performance: Develop and implement metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
