**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Brand Strategist & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution, making it ideal for a versatile professional who can support our brand while coordinating multiple marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Development**: Research and identify new marketing opportunities, conceive creative advertising concepts, and develop brand strategies across various platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Write engaging marketing content, promotional taglines, and develop digital assets for campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and implement social media strategies, managing both paid and organic campaigns.
- **Event & Campaign Coordination**: Plan, organize, and support in-person and virtual marketing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities.
- **Design & Branding**: Produce design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- **Website Management**: Maintain and update websites (primarily using Wix) to align with branding and campaign goals.
- **Project Assistance**: Serve as a resource to support various marketing projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of IBGC’s marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Completion of a program in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms, including campaign strategy, paid ads, and content development.
- Familiarity with website design and maintenance (experience with Wix is an asset).
- Strong content writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and campaign facilitation.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
