About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Technology Lead to join our team at Azur Technology, a leader in InsurTech. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital insurance products.

  • Key Responsibilities: Work closely with our product managers and engineering team to build digital insurance products using Salesforce/Omnistudio.
  • Team Lead: Troubleshoot issues, improve design/build/release patterns, and lead by example.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably with knowledge of Apex, Lightning, Communities, Declarative & Custom solutions.
  • Good software engineering maturity and experience with low-code Vlocity techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Experience with development tools and source control (CI/CD).
  • Agile project methodologies experience.
  • Vlocity/OmniStudio development experience a bonus.
  • Insurance industry experience highly advantageous.
