Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of site operations strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage and coordinate site activities, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Lead and motivate a team of site personnel to achieve production goals and targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site performance metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a mining or explosives production environment
- Strong understanding of explosives production processes and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating shift schedule
