What You’ll Do

Support Zero Harm culture in Health, Safety & Environment Ensure On-time Completion of all documentation (regulatory and site-based reports) Work with the client to achieve production goals and ensuring targeted goals are met Responsible for ordering parts Complete and ensure accuracy on-site inventory records Follow Dyno Nobel Health and Safety Management System procedures and practices Ensuring that all employees complete assigned training courses on time Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Ensuring all employees follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions in the Plant and while on blast sites to protect personal safety and the safety of others (Zero Harm) Prepare and maintain all records and monthly reports concerning the production and sales of explosive product

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years Supervisory experience with mining Background Experience in rotational work and workforce Background / experience in Bulk emulsions considered an asset Strong understanding of Excel and Office applications Strong communication, leadership and multitasking skills Must have a valid driver’s License and be 21 years of age or older Must be able to work a 3 x 3 rotation schedule Work with Site Manager to ensure reliability  Available to undergo various pre-hire verifications, such as but not limited to background/drivers abstract and required medical protocols.
