Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our explosives production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of site operations strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and report on site performance metrics, including safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
