B+H Architects is a global consulting and design solutions firm seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide critical support to project managers, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale healthcare projects.

About the Role:
  • You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet contractual commitments.
  • Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure accurate financial reporting, budget management, and forecasting revenue.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating project staffing needs, recommending team members, and allocating workloads throughout the project life cycle.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project work, preferably in large complex projects. Your expertise in client management, business plan management, and familiarity with PMI framework and industry standard practices will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages.
  • Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants, and/or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability or owner concerns.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the client, contractor, and project team, maintaining close client relationships.
  • Manage team hours on the project, approving sub consultant invoices, and preparing B+H invoices to clients.
