We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals who share our commitment to delivering personalized care plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based medical developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification.

This role offers a competitive compensation package of $34-$45 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Our benefits include dental care, and we offer a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.

About this Role:

  • Provide expert and compassionate care, upholding established clinical standards.
  • Support individualized care plans for clients as prescribed by their physician or nurse practitioner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client health records, assisting with health history documentation and charting.
  • Administer services including but not limited to immunizations, flu clinics, travel medicine assessments, ear irrigation, liquid nitrogen treatments, assisting with minor surgical procedures and other treatments as needed.
  • Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, managing stock levels, expiration dates, and organization.
  • Sterilize medical instruments and equipment using autoclaving procedures.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to promote care plans and act as a resource.
  • Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
