Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities, administer policies, and coordinate office services
  • Perform data entry, train staff, and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, plan budgets, and control expenditures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the insurance sector
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, and other business software
