Job Description
As a Merchandise Associate at Penningtons, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shopping experience by processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to create positive connections and loyalty
- Ensuring efficient transfer, receipt, and dispatch of goods according to company procedures
- Assisting the team in maintaining visually appealing store displays
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising (asset)
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- The capacity to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures safely
- A willingness to work evenings and weekends
