The Role

">

As a Hearing Care Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Providing personalized support to customers through various channels, including phone and email.">
  • Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions to ensure seamless experiences.">
  • Preparing hearing care professionals for customer appointments by sharing relevant information.">
  • Converting calls into appointments and driving marketing campaigns to promote Amplifon services.">
  • Maintaining accurate customer databases and updating records regularly.">
  • Creating invoices and processing payments from customers while ensuring financial accuracy.">
  • Educating customers about Amplifon programs, products, and services, and resolving inquiries efficiently.">
  • Maintaining clinic operations by overseeing inventory, supporting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance, and anticipating needs proactively.">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.">
  • Diploma in business or medical administration preferred.">
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting.">
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.">
  • Knowledge of the hearing aid industry is an asset.">
  • Able to build professional rapport with customers and colleagues.">
  • Prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficient with MS Windows and Office.">

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours/week

Additonal Pay: Bonus pay
