Recruitment Onboarding Specialist

The Recruitment Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in transitioning candidates to employees, working closely with the recruitment and employee development teams.
This position requires strong organizational skills to manage onboarding processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, moderate direction, and fluency in English.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Post-secondary certification in Business Administration or HR
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
