The Talent Onboarding Specialist at GardaWorld plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and employee development teams to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to manage the onboarding process and meet aviation staffing requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and maintain onboarding processes to meet staffing requirements and timelines.
  2. Track and monitor documentation related to new candidates for accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Complete background and reference checks to ensure compliance with employment requirements.
  4. Liaise with airport authority pass offices to confirm security clearances and track results.
  5. Coordinate enrollment into SOF training to meet client requirements.
  6. Conduct onboarding tasks for new hires, including creating EIDs and distributing New Hire Packages/payroll documents.
  7. Work with the recruitment team to analyze internal recruitment figures, statistics, and trends.
  8. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure candidates have necessary documents and information before transitioning to an employee.
  9. Facilitate the transfer of recruitment documents to Human Resources for the employee's personnel file.
  10. Adhere to systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's vision and programs.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in full recruitment/onboarding process.
  • Post-secondary certification in Business Administration or HR, or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
