About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture.
  • Onboarding & Contract Offer Management: Extend job offers and follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance and understanding of employment terms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders to understand our company's culture, mission, goals, and objectives, and communicate these effectively to candidates and new hires.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Contact existing field employees to connect on a human level, assessing their well-being and the support they receive from their managers and the company.
  • Data and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Off-boarding and Exit Management: Complete all off-boarding forms when an employee or independent contractor exits the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
