About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at CN Produce Inc. as a Farm Worker, Vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between the rows to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with the crops.
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
  • Hand harvest vegetables and other crops to ensure timely and efficient harvesting.
  • Pick row and orchard crops to maintain crop health and prevent damage.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Weeding is a crucial task to prevent weeds from competing with the crops.
  • Clean the work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry to ensure efficient logistics.
Work Environment

The Farm Laborer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
