Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Laborer to join our team at CN Produce Inc. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvest crops, including vegetables and fruits, using manual and mechanical methods
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield
  • Perform weeding and other maintenance tasks to prevent crop damage
  • Load and unload crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Assist in grading and packaging produce for market
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm labor or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Working Conditions

The Farm Laborer will work in a rural area, outdoors, and in various weather conditions. The work environment will be fast-paced, with repetitive tasks and physical demands.
