CN Produce Inc is seeking a reliable and hardworking Crop Farm Worker to join our team. As a Crop Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Perform weeding and other manual labor tasks
• Load and unload crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Will train on the job
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Organized and team player

The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions. You will be working in a rural area, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.

30 to 55 hours per week, with the possibility of shift or on-call work.
