We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Worker at CN Produce Inc. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance.

• Assist with crop harvesting, including hand harvesting vegetables and fruits
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• Perform weeding and other tasks to ensure crop health
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair

As a Farm Worker, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
