Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at JMC Security & Investigations Inc. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Supervise Security Team Members: Train and supervise security team members in their duties and policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate Activities: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract).
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and innovation.
