Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2380970 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks, and supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Create new recipes and menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Instruct and train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and banquets.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
