Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning members and guests.

  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for banquets, weddings, and other special events.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
