Responsibilities
  • Franchise Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive franchise growth in Canada, identifying and forging relationships with potential franchisees.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Utilize the latest technologies to analyze market trends, identify franchise opportunities, and ensure a seamless franchisee onboarding process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally competitive.
  • Deal-Making and Negotiation: Demonstrate exceptional deal-making prowess to negotiate and secure franchise agreements that align with our brand's values and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute franchising blueprints for Canada, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the Canadian real estate market, including trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.
Qualifications
  • Education: Preferably holding a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law.
  • Experience: 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably on a global level.
  • Technical Skills: Innate technological acumen with an appetite for leveraging modern business tools.
  • Deal-Making and Negotiation: A track record of exceptional deal-making and negotiations.
  • Cultural Competence: Internationally attuned, with the ability to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele.
  • Communication Skills: Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken.
