Position Overview

This full-time opportunity is for a Franchise Relationship Manager at Sessions Cannabis. The Franchise Relationship Manager will take charge of managing franchise partnerships, fostering connections with franchise owners, supervising and assisting store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and executing marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires travel of up to 75%.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship development, and retail operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of the cannabis sector and retail dynamics
  • Background in marketing and sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel for on-site evaluations at franchise locations
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
