At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Manage electronic correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work hours and attendance

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
